Terms of Service

By accessing or using ForeverOne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Account and Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You must not create an account if you have been previously banned or removed from the Service. Each user may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of information you provide, including through photo verification.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Premium Tiers

ForeverOne offers three tiers: Free, Premium, and Premium Plus. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected during purchase.

3.2 Credits and Virtual Goods

Credits can be purchased or earned through daily streaks, referrals, and rewarded advertisements. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gifts and other virtual goods purchased with credits are non-refundable.

3.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or your device's payment settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store or payment provider's refund policy.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post false, misleading, or deceptive profile information
Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content (including nudity, hate speech, or violence)
Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or collect user data without authorization
Create bots, automated scripts, or fake accounts
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to manipulate the matching algorithm or boost visibility through unauthorized means

5. Content and IP Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant ForeverOne a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

5.2 ForeverOne IP

The ForeverOne name, logo, branding, software, algorithms, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Photo Verification

ForeverOne offers optional photo verification to enhance trust on the platform. Selfie photos submitted for verification are reviewed by our admin team and stored securely. Verified profiles are marked with a verification badge. We reserve the right to require verification for users who exhibit suspicious behavior.

7. Boost and Promotional Features

Boost and other promotional features increase profile visibility. Boost duration and reach may vary based on user activity levels in your area. We do not guarantee a specific number of profile views or matches from any promotional feature.

8. Prohibited Transactions

You may not sell, transfer, or trade accounts, credits, gifts, or virtual items outside the official Service. Any unauthorized transactions may result in account termination.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our Delete Account page. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that matches will lead to a successful relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeverOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
